Welcome to IndieTracker, a service provided by Vincent Imhoff. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of IndieTracker, a tool designed to identify and analyze sponsorship data in social media content.
IndieTracker allows users to find information about sponsored content on social media platforms. It analyzes online content to identify sponsors and the content and accounts they have sponsored.
To use IndieTracker, you must be at least 18 years old. You can register using Google OAuth or by creating an account with an email and password. By registering, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may use IndieTracker for personal or professional purposes, including identifying potential sponsors or content creators for collaboration. However, scraping data or any form of automated action on our website and application is strictly prohibited.
IndieTracker does not claim ownership of the content analyzed through our service. We provide a platform for uncovering and classifying data within said content. Standard intellectual property rights apply to all data and content accessible through IndieTracker.
Users are billed at the end of their free trial. Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly. Automatic renewals occur unless canceled through the app before the next renewal date. There are no refunds as IndieTracker provides immediate access to data.

Neither Vincent Imhoff nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering IndieTracker will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use IndieTracker, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Vincent Imhoff has been informed of the possibility of such damage, even if a limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
In no event will PixelGrid's total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use IndieTracker exceed the amounts you have paid to Vincent Imhoff for use of IndieTracker or fifty euros (€50), if you have not had any payment obligations to PixelGrid, as applicable.The exclusion and limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between PixelGrid and you.
We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion. Users may cancel their subscription through the billing portal in the app.

We may modify these Terms and will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
